42Player ("the App") respects your privacy. The App collects no data about you: no analytics, no crash reporting, no advertising and no tracking. This policy describes what the App stores on your device and which servers it connects to.

Data We Do NOT Collect

The App does NOT collect or send us:

• Personal information (name, email, phone number)
• Playlist URLs, provider credentials or content data
• Viewing history or habits
• Usage analytics or crash reports
• Location data
• Device identifiers

Data Storage

• All playlist, channel and favourites data is stored locally on your device using SwiftData
• Provider passwords and the parental control PIN are stored in the Keychain
• The App has no servers of its own. It connects only to:
  • The playlist and Xtream Codes servers you add (to load playlists and play streams)
  • EPG URLs (to download program guide data)
  • The image hosts your playlist lists for channel logos and posters

Third-Party Services

None. The App contains no third-party analytics, advertising or tracking SDKs.

Children's Privacy

The App does not knowingly collect information from children under 13. The App includes parental controls to restrict access to content.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by updating the "Last Updated" date.
