By downloading, installing, or using 42Player ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.

2. Description of Service

42Player is a media player application. The App does not provide, host, distribute, stream, or link to any media content. The App allows users to input their own M3U/M3U8 playlist URLs to organize and play media streams.

3. User Responsibility

You are solely responsible for:

• The content you access through the App
• Ensuring you have the legal right to access any content you play
• Compliance with all applicable laws in your jurisdiction regarding media content
• Any playlist URLs you add to the App

4. No Content Provision

The App:

• Does NOT provide any media content
• Does NOT host any streams or media files
• Does NOT recommend, suggest, or link to any content sources
• Does NOT include any default playlists or content directories
• Functions solely as a media player for user-provided playlist URLs

5. Intellectual Property

You agree not to use the App to access content that infringes upon the intellectual property rights of any third party. If you do not have the legal right to view certain content, you must not use the App to access it.

6. Privacy

Your use of the App is also governed by our Privacy Policy. The App collects no analytics or personal data, and never sends your playlists or content data to us.

7. Open-Source Components

The App includes open-source components, such as VLCKit, under their own licenses, listed under Open-Source Licenses in the App. Nothing in these Terms limits the rights those licenses give you.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the developers of 42Player shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the App.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
